The Avusa Journalism Internship is one of the long-running graduate journalism training programmes in the country. This journalism internship is aimed at South African citizens of any race. It is a year-long programme running from January 2012 until December 2012.
Requirements
The requirements are, to quote this year’s advert, “We’re particularly interested in graduates with driver’s licences who want to be in business or financial journalism or think they have what it takes to handle hard and breaking news beats.”
How to apply for the Avusa journalism internship?
To apply for this internship you must go to www.avusa.co.za and click on “careers” > “Avusa Journalism Internship” and download the 2012 application form and the essay instruction and topic.
